is a 2017 Estonian fantasy drama film directed by Rainer Sarnet, based on Andrus Kivirähk’s novel Rehepapp ehk November (“Old Barny aka November”). It was selected as the Estonian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 90th Academy Awards, but it was not nominated.
In a Medieval Estonian village, a group of peasants use magic and folk remedies to survive the winter, and a young woman tries to get a young man to love her.
